From Bump to Baby, I’m with you every step of the way

Conception, birth, motherhood and parenting are hugely transitional times.

I believe women and their families deserve to be nurtured, supported, encouraged and have their confidence boosted every step of the way.

This is why I created Bump Baby & Me.

I’m a qualified Infant Massage Instructor, Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga teacher, Birth & Postnatal Doula and volunteer Breastfeeding Counsellor with Cuidiú.

I really enjoy speaking at events and regularly contribute to written and online publications. I’ve recently featured in The Irish Independent, in Irish Parenting Magazines and on various online platforms. I’ve contributed to radio shows on Newstalk and have featured in a number of Podcasts. You’ll also find some of my writings and musings (which contains lots of tips and tricks and from time to time a little over-sharing!) in my blog.

I’m passionate about the benefits that my classes and workshops offer as they equip parents with practical and helpful tools to use, not only during their early parenting days but in the years that follow too.

Living in the seaside town of Malahide in North County Dublin, myself and my husband Steve are proud parents to our three children, Ayla, Robyn and Jake. We try to practice what we preach with an emphasis on wellness and fitness and together time as a family.

I’ve enjoyed working with parents and their babies since 2012, empowering them to thrive, not just survive, when it comes to their pregnancy, birth experience and the early parenting days. In particular, I’m passionate about women’s health and wellness. I feel a woman needs to be able to prioritise herself in order to nurture her family.
When one woman enjoys and feels supported by a class or service I offer, I’m delighted. When that turns into hundreds of women benefiting, that is what drives me to continue to grow the services I offer through Bump Baby & Me.

Being involved with women and their families experiencing the highs - and sometimes lows - of pregnancy and motherhood is truly a privilege.

I look forward to meeting you either in person or online on this exciting and life-changing journey.

Kathy
