MumFit is ideal for women who have been cleared for exercise:
6 weeks post-vaginal birth
12 weeks post-caesarean birth
Whether you're starting from scratch or have some fitness experience, this program caters to all fitness levels. Your baby is welcome to come along too!

Course Details
Each course runs for 8 weeks.
2 classes per week: Monday + Wednesday 11:00 - 12:00
1 class per week: Friday 11:00 - 12:00
