Mum & Baby Postnatal Yoga

Our Mum & Baby Postnatal Yoga class allows you to bond with your baby while exercising safely, helping to strengthen your mind and body after giving birth.
Through collaboration with women’s health experts (physiotherapists, osteopaths and personal trainers), we have developed a fun, active class specifically for new mums. It’s a nice mix of challenging poses, strength work (with light weights and resistance bands) as well as those all important relaxation techniques. For the babies, we sing nursery rhymes, incorporate gentle baby massage and alignment work and invite them to try yoga along with mum.
The classes are completely baby-led, so your baby can cry, laugh, sleep or feed during the session! We want you to feel at ease so you’re welcome to tend to your baby, as they need it.
Please note there is a cancellation policy of six hours for all drop in classes and one week for all courses/workshops.

Courses run weekly for 4 weeks and cost €65. We also offer drop-in classes so you can join at any time (subject to class space). An individual class costs €18.
