A dedicated afternoon designed exclusively for expectant mothers, focusing on pregnancy-specific wellbeing, preparation and connection.

What to Expect:
Gentle movement, yoga & breathwork to help you relax, release tension and reconnect with your body.
Therapeutic group discussion & psychoeducational support in a warm, supportive space, with pregnancy-specific themes explored during the Bloom & Breathe session.
Connection with like-minded women, with time to share, listen and build meaningful connections.
A peaceful natural setting, surrounded by beautiful countryside and friendly animals including alpacas, donkeys and ducks.
Light refreshments, nourishing snacks and thoughtful goodies to help you feel cared for throughout the morning.
