During this lovely session Dads will learn techniques that will help them calm and soothe their baby. Positive touch helps to relax both parent and baby it provides some quality bonding time too.
We’ll go through some tried and testedtechniques including massage strokes and baby yoga movements that can help alleviate common issues your baby may experience such as unsettled periods, settling to sleep, trapped wind, gas, and constipation.
I will also go through some tension-release movements and breathing hacks too as this is something we all need when looking after our little ones.

The classes are completely baby-led so your baby can cry, laugh, sleep or feed during the session!

This is a great way to connect with other Dads and there will be lots of time for questions throughout. Handouts will be available to each participant.

Most suitable from birth up until 6 months approx.
