Daddy & Me- A morning for Dads and their little ones

A relaxed, baby-led session focused on bonding, baby massage, gentle baby yoga and connection.

Learn simple techniques to help soothe and settle your baby, support common discomforts such as trapped wind and constipation, and pick up some easy breathing and tension-release techniques that will benefit Dad too.

There’ll be time to connect with other dads, ask questions and enjoy some special time with your baby.

Babies can cry, sleep, feed or wriggle — they’re completely welcome to be themselves!

Suitable from birth to approximately 8 months.
