Calm Baby … Calm, Confident Mum.
As a mum to 3 children myself and having spent many years working with parents and babies I’ve seen and understand how the first few months after birth can be a little daunting to say the least. Yes it’s an incredibly special and amazing time but there can also be a lot of second-guessing and self doubt.
During this lovely session you will learn techniques that will help you not only to calm and sooth your baby but also yourself too. Positive touch helps to relax you and your baby and it provides some lovely bonding time for you too.
We’ll go through some tried and tested techniques including massage strokes and baby yoga movements that can help alleviate issues your baby may experience such as unsettled periods, settling to sleep, trapped wind, gas, and constipation.
I will also go through some tension-release movements and breathing hacks for Mum too as this is something we all need when looking after our little ones.

The classes are completely baby-led from the comfort of your own home, so your baby can cry, laugh, sleep or feed during the session! You can simply continue to watch me via your computer/ phone as I go through the session .

This is a great way to connect with other mums online and there will be lots of time for questions throughout. Handouts will be emailed to each participant.
