Preparing your body and mind for birth is so important. Anyone who has joined my pregnancy yoga classes will of heard me speak about how we can optimally prepare our bodies for birth as well as keeping it happy during pregnancy. I am also a firm believer that how we prepare our mind impacts on how we approach birth and our thoughts and beliefs around it.
In this special session I will help you prepare your mind for birth in a confident and positive way.
Through a mixture of breath work, mindfulness, affirmations and visualisations you will create positive connections when you think of birth and gently release any fears you may have.
This session can be done from your yoga mat, a comfortable chair, couch or even your bed and an affirmation handout will be emailed on afterwards.
This session is suitable for all stages of pregnancy but may be particularly helpful if you are your final few weeks.
