Before Baby:
Preparing your mind for your baby's birth and for the postnatal period is of huge importance. Together we’ll explore lots of different ways to prepare for your baby's birth and the early weeks and months after baby’s arrival- 'The Fourth Trimester'.

We’ll focus on what's important to you, your partner and your baby, looking at what physical, mental and emotional tools you can use to help you during labour (at home and in hospital) and again in those early postnatal weeks.

Looking through all the different options and feeling prepared takes away a lot of the fear of the unknown. These consults not only focus on preparing you for a positive birth experience, the aim is to also have you confident and really excited in your ability as a new parent.

After Baby:
When a baby is born it’s normal for Parents to have a lot of questions!
During the consult we can look at winding and settling techniques along with gentle stretches and exercises that can benefit baby. I can also go over important breathing and pelvic floor exercises and movements for Mum which are suitable from the early days following birth.

After years of training, teaching various types of Mum & Baby classes and having two little girls myself, I’ve picked up some useful tips and tricks ! We’ll go through lots of these and hopefully they’ll help make those early weeks/ months a little smoother for you all.
