Lactation Consultant Fiona Rea will be facilitating this interactive online workshop which will look at the early days of breastfeeding and your baby’s normal newborn behaviour. She will discuss what you can expect, the signs of when breastfeeding is going well, and where you can get help and support if its not going so well.
She will also look at tips and tricks for making the early days as enjoyable as possible, gadgets that may or may not be useful and we will try and bust some myths around breastfeeding as we look at just how amazing your breast milk is!
Suitable for women expecting their first or forth baby, those trying breastfeeding for the first time and those that need a refresher.
Dads/partners are more than welcome to join the workshop as you are all in this together and family support is key!

This session is also suitable for those who have a newborn at home and would like to gain some tips and ask questions!
