Stress-FREE, Skill FULL Parenting" is a webinar that offers practical strategies and tools to help parents effectively manage stress and develop valuable parenting skills.
Led by experienced child and adolescent psychotherapist Hayley Rice along with Kathy Milliken from Bump Baby and Me, this webinar aims to provide parents with insights, techniques, and resources to navigate the challenges of parenting with confidence, reduce stress, and promote healthy parent-child relationships.

The webinar will cover various topics related to parenting, including effective communication, setting appropriate boundaries, managing behavioural challenges, promoting healthy emotional development in children, and essential self-care for parents.

Parents will learn evidence-based strategies to foster positive parent-child relationships, improve communication skills, and create a supportive and nurturing environment for their children.

There will be opportunity for Q&A’s throughout.

Hayley Rice is a child and adolescent psychotherapist specialising in play therapy. Prior to this, she spent 10 years as a primary school teacher. She facilitates trainings and supports parents across Ireland and internationally on topics from esteem and confidence to trauma and grief via her webinars and parent membership community. Hayley is passionate about empowering parents to become conscious in their approaches and to respond to behaviours and emotions in an informed and child-centred way.

The content of the workshop is suitable for Parents with children of all ages. Recording will be available for all participants and those who cannot attend the live session (recording valid for 3 months)
